Annual Gala Dinner 2011
Biztech Chairman Fredi Nonyelu gave a precis of the Biztech acheivements in 2011 and plans for 2012. Announcing the launch of Biztech Mentoring scheme for young technology entrepreneurs, and a new monthly "Ask the Biztech Expert Panel" starting in January 2012, he said the the keynote was a "tour de force" for Milton Keynes.
Local charity Medical Detection Dogs of Great Horwood received a Biztech charity donation for £150 and a special gift of a Kindle EBook, presented by Biztech Directors Kevin Windo and Elizabeth Sheldon. Chief Executive of Medical Detection Dogs Claire Guest was there to receive the award and moved the audience with a talk about the work of the charity which trains specialist dogs to detect the odour of human diseases such as cancer and diabetes.
Members, guests and special guests mingled before an excellent three course meal.
