The opening event of the £2m ERDF funded CityLABS initiative to support SMEs in the SEMLEP region will be held at the Open University in Milton Keynes on Thursday.
If you are an SME operating in the digital economy and need support in bringing new products to market, CityLabs will support you.
The launch will take place at Berrill Lecture Theatre, The Open University, from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm on October 19.
It is a place for SMEs to work with academic and industry leaders to develop concepts into prototypes for new products and services in the digital economy.
CityLABS brings together the Open University, ZTE and Fronesys to provide support, development and grant funding for SEMLEP region, with the aim of promoting Research and Innovation in the digital economy.
CityLABS provides SMEs with access to a structured programme of support that includes the Urban Business Lab, Tech Design and Prototype Evaluation, Grants for product development through research, and access to the MK Data Hub Environment.
